Milla Maxwell having a powerful connection with Jude as the one who really helped her understand humans and meet her mission. Milla admiring Jude’s dedication and good-heartedness. Milla knowing Jude is enamored with her, and loving that about him, even though she doesn’t feel the same way exactly, because that’s so Jude and she really does love Jude. Milla apologizing to Jude because she knows she doesn’t feel like how he sometimes hopes she feels. Jude never thinking twice about it, because it doesn’t matter how Milla feels about him, he’ll still love and admire her just like he always has. Milla adorring him all the more for that.
